Event service in Berlin
For every event at Estrel Tower, an experienced service team is ready: consulting on room selection, seating, and technology, central coordination of organization and workflow, on-site support on the event day. IT support, room furniture management, documentation on request. One contact person. All levels. One workflow.
As part of the Estrel world, organizers benefit from over 30 years of MICE experience. The Tower complements Estrel Congress Center with 3,800 sqm of new event space, ten Sky Spaces, a Grand Hall, and plug-and-play technology in every room. 522 rooms and suites, in-house catering, dining on the upper floors - service is not an add-on here. It's a core component.

Which services are included in the room package?
Every booking includes personal event consulting, seating and room planning, basic technical equipment with plug-and-play, and on-site support on the event day. -
Is IT support available during the event?
Yes, IT service is available for all event rooms in the Tower. The team supports with network, presentation technology, and individual technical requirements. -
Can the catering be customized?
The in-house catering creates individual menus and buffets, tailored to format and guest count. Packages start from €89 per person. -
When should I inquire about an event?
For larger events, we recommend an inquiry at least six months in advance. Smaller formats can also be realized at shorter notice. -
Is event documentation offered?
Documentation services can be arranged on request. Details are coordinated individually by the event team with the organizer.
