Yes, you don’t have to miss out on your dog during your stay with us. Your four-legged companion is welcome in selected room categories and will find a comfortable place to stay. Regardless of size, we charge EUR 20 per dog, per night. This option can easily be added online during the booking process for available room categories.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas of the hotel.

If you do not have a credit card, you may still book by phone without a credit card guarantee (please note that this is not available for all room categories, rates, or dates, and is only possible if you have a registered address in Germany). Alternatively, you can choose PayPal or instant bank transfer (via Sofortüberweisung) as your payment method when booking online.

Yes. The Tower is directly connected to the existing Estrel Hotel and the Estrel Congress Center.

The Estrel Tower is located in Berlin-Neukölln, with direct connections to the A100, BER Airport, and public transport.

Yes, many areas of the hotel as well as our rooms are designed to be accessible. All floors – from the lobby to the Sky Bar – are easily accessible by wheelchair. In total, the hotel offers 53 accessible rooms across both the Urban Living and Sky Living categories.

Several accessible parking spaces are available in the parking garage. In addition, all hotel corridors and the lobby are wheelchair-friendly and barrier-free. Our restaurants and bars can also be easily reached by elevator. Further information can be found here.

The official opening is planned for spring 2027. Reservations are already possible.

Yes, inquiries are possible right away. The Tower offers Sky Spaces, modern meeting and boardrooms with a panoramic view across Berlin, and a Grand Hall for up to 1,000 guests. In combination with Estrel Congress Center, more than 35,000 m² of event space is available for events of every size.

Bookings for the Estrel Tower are currently scheduled to open in July 2026. Reservations are not yet possible.

No, the office spaces are delivered as shell-and-core areas without furniture or interior fit-out. Only the sanitary facilities are included. Any additional tenant fit-out and individual office design will be carried out by the respective tenant.
